Brush on one coat of Powder Perfection Base Coat to a single nail, covering the entire surface evenly.\u003cbr\u003e2. Immediately dip the finger into the Color Powder at a 45° angle and tap off excess.\u003cbr\u003e3. Repeat steps 1–2 on the remaining fingers.\u003cbr\u003e4. Use a sanitized cosmetic brush to dust off any remaining loose powder from each finger.\u003cbr\u003e5. Apply a second coat of Base Coat and Color Powder to each nail by repeating steps 1–4.\u003cbr\u003e6. Brush on a third coat of Base Coat and dip into Clear Color Set Powder at a 45° angle.\u003cbr\u003e7. Dust off any remaining Clear Color Set Powder.\u003cbr\u003e8. Apply one generous coat of Powder Perfection Activator, covering the entire nail and capping the free edge to seal in the powder. Wait until the dipping powder hardens.\u003cbr\u003e9. Shape and contour the nails using an EDGE 180 Grit File.\u003cbr\u003e10. Buff the nail surface with a 100 grit Buffer, followed by a 220 grit Buffer, to create a smooth finish.\u003cbr\u003e11. Remove excess filing dust.\u003cbr\u003e12. Apply a second coat of Activator, making sure to cover the entire nail.
