For security purposes, we do not accept credit card payments when the billing and shipping addresses differ. In such cases, payment must be completed via e-transfer.

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we maintain a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy. This policy is in place to protect both our customers and professionals by ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product integrity.
Many items we carry—such as nail products, tools, and beauty supplies—can become compromised or unsafe once opened or handled, even if they appear unused. Accepting returns could risk cross-contamination, which is not acceptable in professional salon environments where client safety is a top priority.
By enforcing a final sale policy, we guarantee that every product you receive is new, untouched, and safe for professional use. We strongly encourage customers to review product details carefully and consult with our team if needed before purchasing.
