Contrairement au révélateur liquide Oxidant 3 %, sa consistance crémeuse rend le mélange avec les teintures RefectoCil encore plus pratique. RefectoCil Blonde Brow ne doit être utilisé qu'avec la crème RefectoCil Oxidant.
