Chaque tampon est doté de deux faces de polissage amorties par un bloc de mousse souple. Une face est destinée au lissage et l'autre au lustrage. Le lustrage est créé par un revêtement mince et très brillant d'un composé chimique exclusif, imprégné par le polissage.
